Country Estates in late June and now it's been sold for $24 million,. That's a million under asking, but what's a million
these days? Klum and this 12,300-square-foot estate have been through a lot
together: in 2010, she and then-husband Seal fought off other bidders for the place (a foreclosure at
the time), and paying $14.2 million for it.
