SoCal mansion. TMZ cited "real estate sources" in its report that the rapper-slash-design-aficionado
and his reality TV star wife are in escrow on the 15,600-square-foot estate, final asking price of $21.25M—describes as a
"French Country piece de resistance" by way of Hidden Hills,
California.
The listing finds in the eight-bedroom a "tranquil appeal
reminiscent of Napa Valley or the South of France." Out front,
"substantial wood gates open to circular motor court," and inside,
the home boasts a "Light filled foyer w/wrought iron staircase," a
"spectacular gourmet kitchen w/3 islands," and lots of stone and
vaulted truss ceilings throughout. Designed "for leisure &
